Table Massages

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage:

Medium to deep work, trigger point therapy and specific strokes help to relieve chronic muscle tension and pain. Improves mobility and circulation. 

Myofascial Massage:

Myofascial release is a type of manual therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. These tissues support and surround the muscles throughout your body.

Thai Massage (75min minimum)    /Cupping massage

 Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment effects are enhanced when the patient is fully relaxed and breathing deeply.

Medical Massage (applies to HSA & FSA cards):

Usually accompanied by a prescription. Techniques relevant to patient's medical needs, or recovery from injury. Any massage focusing entirely on a specific issue. *Psoas, Frozen Shoulder work and RX included*

Romantic Couples Massage

Enjoy a side-by-side massage in our romantically appointed couple's retreat. Each person selects the massage most appropriate to their needs, along with medium to deep work.

 Pregnancy Massage 20 weeks or more:

A nurturing yet therapeutic experience for the mom-to-be. Designed to reduce the pain and discomfort of pregnancy, increase circulation, reduce stress, relieve strain on bones and muscles and to promote relaxation. (Special cushions allow the mother to lay on the table face down)

Chair Massages

Take weight off your shoulders and banish stress by focusing on the areas where you are holding tension. Quickly relieve sore and tight muscles.
